Saying no is a powerful act of self-love. Read below to find out more!
What I Used to Think…
I used to dislike saying ‘no.’ I felt like I was letting others down.
But in carrying this fear, I only disowned myself as I continued to ignore my needs.
I used to think I could have a healthy relationship with anybody & if things weren’t flowing well between us, it was my fault.
What I Now KNOW…
Of course, now I know none of that is true. Unfortunately, there are toxic people out there, & those people are not meant to stay in my life.
During the past few years, I have done a lot of ‘clearing house.’
It’s never easy to release people when they are no longer a vibrational match.
It can feel sad as we release our attachments to these people & the person we once were.
Additionally, it can feel like a punishment.
A Powerful Message to The Universe…
But here’s the thing: although it’s sad (& sometimes scary & ugly) to move on, I’ve never looked back in regret.
I’ve always felt happier & lighter & more in alignment with who I AM & where I’m headed.
When you say no (including letting someone go), you are signaling to the Universe what you are available for.
Like a snake shedding skin, as you release what once was (in whatever way that may be), you shine the light of your personal power, truth, & authenticity.
It Leads You To Your True Self…
This is what we call freedom & alignment, & therefore it is an act of self-love.
Are you signaling to the Universe your high worth?
I believe in you and I KNOW you are worthy & powerful beyond measure.
What would it take for you to be free on EVERY level? Are you ready to do what it takes?
