Our goal is to provide quality energy healing services to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our healers, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed sessions. It is the client’s responsibility to make the session during the scheduled day/time.
When you book your session, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you know you will not be able to make your session. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you email at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that session time.
How to Cancel Your Session
If you need to cancel your session, please email us at LionheartAlchemy@gmail.com. If necessary, you may leave a detailed email message. We will return your correspondence as soon as possible.
Clients who arrive to the session five minutes past the session time or later are considered to be “late.” The session will last until the original end time, not making up for the client’s tardiness and Lionheart Alchemy will keep the full payment fee with no partial refund.
A cancellation is considered late when the session is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses a session without cancelling. We will wait on the specified platform (Skype, Zoom, etc.,) for 10 minutes past the scheduled session time before declaring the session as “no show.” In either case, we will retain the session fee.
If a client is a “no show” for more than 3 sessions, we will no longer be available for rescheduling.
For clients who have missed (either cancellation or no show), we will retain the session fee. If clients would like to reschedule to another day/time, they will be charged a $45 rescheduling fee.
